Service Description
Up to 6 passengers. Boarding and arrival points: Cala Llonga (Mahón), Marina del Rei, Dock B. Sailing to the north and/or south of the island: We define the route based on sea conditions and your preferences. Includes: - Skipper - Fuel - Drinks (3 drinks per person, choice of soft drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer, and wine. Unlimited bottled mineral water) - Sharing appetizer platter (Iberian ham, island cured meats, cheeses, olives, and chips. *Intolerances and special requirements must be informed when booking) - Boat cleaning - Liability insurance - Insurance for each passenger - Safety equipment - First aid kit - Snorkeling equipment NOT included: - Transfers to the departure point in Cala Llonga. Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS You can reserve your service in two ways: 1. Through the website. Select the service, date, and time from the calendar based on availability. Make your payment by card through the website and your reservation will be confirmed immediately. You will pay the remainder of your service on the boat before sailing in cash, bank transfer, or Bizum. 2. Write to us at buenavidallaut@gmail.com. Manage your reservation with us, indicating the date and time according to the options offered on the website. We will confirm availability for your day, or provide you with an alternative, and you will have up to 6 hours to make your payment by bank transfer or Bizum. After this time, the day and time will be available and another person can reserve it. You will pay the remainder of your service on the boat before sailing in cash, bank transfer, or Bizum. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT The client may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the service. If the cancellation is for a justified and accredited medical reason, 100% of the reservation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is not for a justified and accredited medical reason, 50% of the reservation fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be charged as a service fee. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the service or for no-shows, the reservation fee will not be refunded. CANCELLATIONS BY BUENAVIDA. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in the event of a boat breakdown, the skipper's illness, or force majeure. In these cases, we will offer different alternatives: a change of service date or a full refund of the reservation fee. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER Weather conditions are very important for the llaut trip. If we consider the conditions unsuitable, always prioritizing the safety and enjoyment of the customer's experience, we will offer various alternatives: a change of service date or a full refund of the reservation fee. Weather conditions considered unsuitable for the llaut outing are: waves forecasted to be greater than 1.5 meters and/or winds greater than 22 knots and/or heavy rain.
