Reservation and
Cancellation Policy

You can book your service in two ways:

1. Through the website.

Select the service, date and time on the calendar according to availability. Make the payment of the booking by credit card through the website and your booking will be confirmed immediately.

The rest of your service will be paid on the boat before departure by cash, bank transfer or Bizum.

2. By writing to buenavidallaut@gmail.com.

Make a reservation with us, indicating the date and time according to the options offered on the website. We will confirm availability for your day, or give you an alternative, and you will have up to 6 hours to pay for the booking by bank transfer or Bizum. After this time the day and time will be released and someone else will be able to book it.

The rest of your service will be paid on the boat before departure by cash, bank transfer or Bizum.

The client may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the start of the service.

If the cancellation has a justified and accredited medical cause, 100% of the amount paid for the booking will be refunded. If the cancellation does not have a justified and accredited medical cause, 50% of the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded. The other 50% will be charged as a handling fee.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking in the event of breakdown of the boat, indisposition of the skipper or force majeure. In these cases we will offer different alternatives: a change of date of the service or the full refund of the reservation fee.

Weather conditions are very important for the llaut trip.
If we consider that the conditions are not suitable, always putting the safety and enjoyment of the client's experience first, we will proceed to offer different alternatives: a change of date of the service or the full refund of the reservation fee.

Weather conditions are considered unsuitable for the llaut trip:

forecast swell of more than 1.5 metres and/or wind of more than 22 knots and/or heavy rain.
